This is the third attempt to find an adapter to use with my third monitor. I have a Lenovo Flex5 and I wanted to use an additional monitor for my office. Finally, after two previous fails, I found the one! It came as promised and easy to install.After plugging it in, worked perfectly. The quality was equally rendered from the laptop as well. Great product!

I purchased this to have the ability to use my television as my computer screen when I worked from home. I operate Windows 10 so I thought there should be no issue. When I received my package in the mail, it looked as if it was a used and returned item. I looked past the packaging and tried to install on my computer. I followed all instructions as I found them in the box and nothing worked. After making sure that everthing was connected right, I looked to my drivers and the USB drive - the only one in my computer that was new - showed a driver error. I understand that sometimes things do not work like we think that they would but this is a decent sized investment that just fell flat. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this product because it does not do what it is intended and you just don't know if you are going to get something that could be used and not work at all.

Great experience! Had to contact the seller to get updated drivers for the USB to HDMI adapter. Went to their website and followed the instructions to contact them, left my brand of computer and operating system (Levnovo Yoga/Windows 10) and contact info. Within minutes I had a response and the link to download the updated driver was in my e-mail. Great customers service, great product - super clear picture.

I wanted to extend to a second external screen, but my computer only had one HDMI port. This device solved my problem. I have had it about a month and it has been working great so far.

I really enjoy using this adapter. I got it for a laptop that I have. It only has usb on it so this worked very well! The picture is very clear on my monitor! They give you so much extra with it, and they provide easy help if you have any questions or problems. The only thing I noticed was a little lag with the mouse and video. This is probably not ideal for intense gaming or editing.

Apparently, there are a lot of USB to HDMI/VGA adapter/converters being sold here under different names, but all use Fresologic.com drivers that have to be manually installed. Many state they're "Plug n Play" (PnP) when they actually are not. There are executable (.exe) files by Frescologic.com that must be installed or the converter simply won't work.For most, that might not be a problem, however, if you're working on a company issued laptop that doesn't allow employees to install "software", yet you're required to use your own external monitors & adapters because there's only ONE display port (HDMI), then that's a BIG problem. Especially when the converter is listed as Plug 'n Play when it actually isn't and you have to pay for this thing yourself.I got this Brisk Links USB to HDMI because a USB to VGA converter I recently ordered wouldn't work properly (constant black flashing and screen tearing, even after installing the drivers & rebooting my personal laptop multiple times...it too was so-called PnP but wasn't so I couldn't install it to my company issued laptop). This converter uses the same Frescologic.com drivers as most of the video adapter converters I've been finding on amazon.I sent that first one back because it was not functioning well at all....and since it wasn't Plug and Play. I figured I would use it with my personal laptop if it worked properly, but that's where I experienced the black flashing and screen tearing. It happened on three different laptops (two were USB 3.0; one was USB 2.0).I still won't be able to use this Brisk Links on my company issued Panasonic Toughbook laptop because this converter isn't PnP as advertised. Employees are blocked from loading any kind of "software", but Windows PnP adapters/converters are fine, IF they're PnP.... I've been using two Digital to HDMI & VGA to HDMI converters for years without any problems.I was at least able to get this Brisk Links USB to HDMI converter to work on my personal laptop with USB 2.0 since I was able to install the drivers, but I had to download those from frescologic.com....the enclosed mini-CD was a .pkg file that Windows could not open automatically (isn't .pkg for Mac?) Had the converter been Plug and Play as advertised, it wouldn't have been an issue.

Good build quality and works well on windows 10 PC- for church Lyrics and Bible projection.

I purchased one because I need to use dual monitors for work. I may be at fault but I had quite a few problems installing the driver. When I finally got it to work the resolution on the monitor attached to it had poor resolution.
