lovely tea in a lovely tea container but a little over priced as it is small.

I order this specific tea as I liked the clip seal caddy it came it. Disappointed when it arrived to receive something entirely different. Too much faffing to return though. Husband says the tea is nice though. Shame it wasn’t as described.

Hi the ethos behind this company is fantastic and I love their Lapsang Souchang tea. We do like the "earl grey" but it isn't what I was expecting as the Bergamot is very subtle.

I had previously bought the retail packs when they were bigger and that tea was absolutely heavenly. I bought this bigger pack because it was more economical. This 500g bag is incredibly disappointing. It does not have that same delicate flavour which made it my favourite Earl Grey, in fact it has no flavour at all and I mean at all. It smells vaguely of bergamot but once brewed I get nothing, just the black tea. Is this just a bad batch or has the recipe changed?

Hubby loves this, he says it is just so different from Earl grey teabags, "It tastes like real tea without the heavy perfume that tea bags seem to have"! His review!

The caddy arrived crushed, I don't mean a dent, almost flattened. The contents were transferred to another caddy and it's a nice tea.
