They did ship me a new one really quickly. After receiving the second one it also cracked/broke after a couple of weeks of use again in the middle of the headband at the same spot. So I decided to glued it with gorilla glue and after couple of months it has cracked again. Good quality sound but expensive for something that will only last a few weeks. To qualify, use I sit in an office and may remove it a couple of times during the day, and no I don't have a large or a pumpkin head :) So it wasn't over use that has caused the problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2018* love it ### ⭐⭐⭐ Decent headset *by R***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2018* Headset is nice but it seems to look connection very easily when outside. My phone can be in my pocket and connection starts to break up very easily when outside. Indoors it works nicely until you step too far away which isn't very far. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/55876249-lian-lifestyle-premium-bone-conduction-headphones-lightweight-and-waterproof-w](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/55876249-lian-lifestyle-premium-bone-conduction-headphones-lightweight-and-waterproof-w) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
