Oh. My. God. I love this thing. It’s always somewhere on me. The weight is perfect for draping on shoulders and neck, stomach, legs…IT GETS SUPER HOT!! I’ve had it for like 4 months I wanna say? And it’s still working perfectly. It heats up quickly too! And so SOFT!If you see “ OF “ on screen it’s either the auto-shutoff timer or the cable became disconnected from the heating pad. I love that I can keep it on for hours without it turning off. I love everything about this heating pad and I send it to people as recommendation all the timeee

love the weight of it. really holds it place and makes the heat last longer. try this! you will love it! it's a good size and so soft. has magnetic closures to help hold in one place.i'm telling you, if you have neck pain, this is a MUST!!!!

I received 2 defective heating pads. Upon opening I was a huge fan. The 2.3lb weight is inviting, the buttery soft material and the magnetic clasp is innovative. When it works* it heats up very well, has 12 heat settings and time settings. After plugging it in, I made sure the wires were not being bent or sat on and after use I made sure to unplug and store as to not ruin the wires or connectors just as the instructions state. You might imagine my surprise when I plugged it in the next day and it did not turn on. There were no lights on the lcd indicating power. I then unplugged the connector to the heating pad, and plugged it back in. I made sure it was not my outlet, I plugged it into a different outlet, and still nothing. I searched all through the instructions to see if there is some sort of safety shut off, or troubleshooting instructions. I work with technology on a regular basis, so I’m not new to figuring out these types of issues, I followed all troubleshooting recommendations via the pamphlet, and still have not been able to figure out how to fix this. I see no issue with the cable, the connector is fully plugged in. I am extremely bummed I cannot get this to work and only used it one time.

Nice material, weights, long cord, good heat, good size, just wish that they had more colors.

The weight of this heating pad is perfect. Very sturdy and soft fabric.
