These work great in my grinders. I feel that the pepper has a bold, peppery-bite to it. A little goes a long way (I love pepper, so I don’t believe in a little!). I love these peppercorns! They have an intense flavor when cracked, they can well and add great flavor to canned items. The flavor is a nice 3-4 heat so there are so many recipes they work well in. I appreciate the spiciness and vibrant colors. I highly recommend these rainbow peppercorns!
