I bought this product thinking it was half the price of other advertised GPS trackers. Once I received it I definitely noticed why. Cheap product, it only works for one day and has never worked since.

After receiving tried to connect to my phone as per instructed in catalog.separately buy 2G micro SIM card and follow the instruction.but Connection not successful. Finally found out this device is not available in some countries. Japan is not in the list of countries that this device can be used!! It’s clearly mentioned in catalogue.Can you please advise what to do. Thanks

Requires a tracking chip subscription paid in advance. To keep using it you have to keep paying for the service. I just wanted a battery powered signal. I was very disappointed. Could NOT return

Horrible. So unfortunately I have purchased 3 tracking units from this company and can't get none of them to work. If you need such a hard sim card to use it why not include it. Then the damn site they send you to to monitor it is in Chinese. Do not waste your time or money on this product or anything from the manufacturer. Pure garbage. So mad that I may quit using Amazon period. This is $#!?.

Doesn't work. Status " not active" is the only thing that shows on the Google map.Yes, I have an active Sim card. Yes, I have a memory card inserted. Yes, I have been spending hours troubleshooting, including youtube videos. Still garbage.
