Great product, and the best Ceylon Cinnamon on the market. Sadly Amazon did not have it available the time I placed an order, I had to purchase a different product. It did not compare to the Anthony’s Ceylon. Anthony’s smells wonderful, tastes great and mixes well in coffee and other foods. I will buy in again if Amazon gets it back in stock.

This is my go to cinnamon for everything! It has a light yet bold cinnamon flavor that enhances almost everything I add it too. I will often drink cinnamon water at night to thin my blood and for the additional health benefits and since switching to this brand it is something that I look forward to all day long! Absolutely love this stuff!

The texture is very fine, so it mixes beautifully — I’ve used it in coffee, smoothies, oatmeal, and even sprinkled on fruit. It dissolves much better than other brands I’ve tried. You can tell it’s high-quality: no bitterness, no chemical smell, and it tastes clean and natural. I also appreciate that it’s organic, non-irradiated, and sourced carefully. I usually buy the simply organics ceylon cinnamon, but I've bought a few things from Anthony's like tea and popcorn kernels so I figured I'd give it a go. I was not expecting it to be different! This is much spicier, with fruity notes and lighter and more orangy in color. The SO is more mild and sweeter, it reminded me of how Christmas smells if that makes sense 😆 idk if they're different kinds of ceylon cinnamon, if they're both pure ceylon or if maybe one is fresher than the other? I like both brands so hopefully nothing fishy going on. So far I like it, I typically use it in my coffee so we'll see what the morning brings. I like being able to buy it in bulk, this size should last us a while, though we do move through cinnamon pretty quickly. It's a nice fine powder so it shouyblend into my brown sugar espresso iced coffee very well. Because we use so much cinnamon I choose to use the ceylon which is supposedly better for you in larger quantities than cassia and other kinds of cinnamon
