The texture is quite different from traditional Play-Doh — it’s much lighter and almost airy, which makes it easy for kids to mold and shape. Each color comes individually sealed in its own plastic package, which keeps the clay fresh until you’re ready to use it. Once opened, the set includes small zip-style bags so you can store any leftover clay from your projects. It also includes some tools to help make your creation come to life. My kids had different reactions to it. My 6-year-old absolutely loved it and didn’t want to stop until every color had been opened. My 3-year-old enjoyed it for a bit, and my 11-year-old humored us but didn’t feel the need to keep going. It was definitely the biggest hit with the elementary-age crowd. One thing to know is that this clay dries fairly quickly, which is great if you want finished creations fast. However, it also means it works best for simple shapes and small figures. More elaborate or taller creations tend to collapse under their own weight before fully drying. For example, our mini pigs and ladybugs turned out great, but when my daughter tried making a tree it slowly folded over and lost its shape as it dried. The clay sticks very well to itself, which helps pieces hold together — but it also means adjustments can be tricky. Once two colors touch, they bond immediately. If you’re adding small details (like black spots on a red ladybug), you’ll want to place them carefully the first time. Once fully dry, the creations hold their shape nicely and can be played with, but they’re permanent at that point and can’t be remolded. Overall, this is a really fun and colorful clay set, especially for kids who enjoy making small animals, characters, and simple shapes.

Great for model building. This is not PLAY DOUGH but it is really good and soft and easy to buld with! comes out of hair very easy and super lightweight! comes with a ton of colors! this dries out easy if left in the air overnight! and mixes the colors easy! great gift for a builder child

This was a gift for my grandchildren ages 3 to 12. They loved all the colors. They found the clay was soft and was able to easily press it into molds to get the look they wanted.

My wife used this clay set for a variety of different art projects, and it ended up being a great purchase. The large selection of colors gave her plenty of options without having to mix colors constantly, which made creating more detailed pieces much easier. The clay was soft, easy to shape, and held its form well while working with it. After drying, the finished projects looked great and held up better than we expected. For anyone interested in clay art, especially beginners or hobbyists, this set offers a lot of value for the money.

My 8-year-old absolutely loves this clay. The huge variety of colors is probably the best part—there are so many colors to choose from, and it really encourages creative play. The clay is easy to work with, dries fairly quickly, and creates very little mess compared with other modeling materials we've used. The main downside is the packaging. Every single color comes individually wrapped in plastic, and my child needed help opening most of them. Opening all 120 packages was pretty tedious, and it also created a surprisingly large amount of plastic wrapper waste. I also wish some kind of storage container had been included. Once you open a package, the clay will dry out if you don't use it, so you need to have your own airtight containers or bags available if you want to save the leftovers. That said, for the price, I think this is a great deal for such a large variety of colors. My child has spent hours making things with it, and it's been a great screen-free creative activity. I'd definitely recommend it for kids who enjoy arts, crafts, and making things.

This is perfect and so funny

Perfect easy activity for kids in a wide age range. Each color comes individually wrapped in little packets, so if you're opening a lot at once it gets a little tedious (unless the kids can open it themselves), but the clay is really soft and moldable and feels good in your hand. It doesn't feel greasy or like the color rubs off in your hand like some clay does. Dried nicely after a few hours. One pack of 120 was a good size for a party of about 15-20 kids depending on the project. I've purchased twice and will again.

The air dry clay smells.very toxic . We had bought from a different company before and the smell was great . We will return the item and have to pay for return we will never buy from the seller again
