I purchased this knife as a secondary birthday gift for a handmade olive wood bread cutting board. It was the cheapest one. I was so surprised and very ecstatic as to how beautiful this knife is. It comes in a nice box with a blade guard and the handle is spectacular. I bought one for myself because I was so happy. A++++++. Thank you so much!

The size and shape of this knife on arrival put me off, as I was expecting something smaller, given the 3.5" blade description. I didn't see how someone with small or medium hands would be able to use this well, but I was wrong. This knife is extremely sharp and handles well. Time will tell how the sharpness holds up.

Extremely sharp, comfortable handle, comes with a safety sheath for storing. Oooonly issue I have is it’s a little too broad and thick for peeling things like apples (which is what I usually use a paring knife for), doesn’t turn well around small round fruits/veggies. Heck it’s so sharp I used it to trim the wallpaper i just put up 🤦🏼‍♀️

The bread knife arrived today. It was package very nicely. The knife itself is of excellent quality and does a great job when faced with a loaf of my home made bread. I highly recommend I have since received the rest of the set of Ryori knives and have to say they are of excellent quality, all very sharp and beautiful too.
