Tonka not all metal. But well made.
Hook & Ladder easily attach with circular thick plastic assembly (male / female). Body is mostly Thick Plastic. Metal Pieces and controls for raising/ lowering ladder bed. lt’s kept outside and seems to be holding up as Tonka reliable.

Bought this as a gift for my nephew, and he absolutely loved it! He’s tough on toys, but this fire truck has held up really well. It’s durable, and the quality is great, so it’s perfect for kids who love to play hard. Highly recommend!

Great gift
Very sturdy and kid proof. Got it for a nephew for his Christmas gift. First 2 seconds of getting it out of box he yeeted the thing. Lol. Didnt do much scratch the floor.

It’s plastic.
Because this truck was called Tonka steel classic I expected the truck to be metal like the classics were. This truck is plastic except for the ladder and the front of the cab. Very disappointed. My fault for not looking at reviews. I also did not realize it is in two parts.
