Great For Dosing Powder
I purchased this item for dosing Kratom. I don't mind the taste of Kratom, but I find the creation of kratom nodules with these disks pretty fun to be honest.Upon receiving the package the first thing I noted was the container, which is pretty adorable to be honest. It comes exactly as pictured, and the receptacle flips up to reveal the 200 disks stacked on each other similar to a pocket mirror or something of the sort. Each disk holds only a couple grams of powder; its easy to tell when you have filled it too far up because there will be no more room at the top to twist the excess disk and create a seal. The instructions (not in english) guide you via labeled pictures on how to fold the disk and put the powder in, then instruct you to dip the finished disk in water, I assume to make swallowing it easier. I have made and eaten probably about 30 of these things, and they seem to hold up pretty well and none have come apart in my mouth. if they are falling apart, it's probably because you are holding them in your mouth too long, as the disk is fairly thin (but still strong) and will dissolve on your tongue. Just fold the top (I like to wet my finger before I twist to melt the disk) and then place it in your mouth and quickly take a big gulp of water and swallow. Easy as pie.

Perfect for avoiding bad taste of medicine/supplements
Great for kratom or any powdered supplemented. I use two each time I take medicine, with 1/2 teaspoon of kratom powder in each film. This makes taking medicine much easier and you can completely avoid any bad tastes of your medicine or supplements. Fold it up like a little Chipotle burrito, quickly dip it in water, and quickly swallow with a big gulp of water. The key word is quickly because they dissolve pretty fast! They're not extremely fragile, but they do rip fairly easy, so when you fold up your medicine try to use a gentle touch. I recommend following it with a nice warm cup of tea.

Makes medicine easy!
These are fantastic! Super for taking bitter medicines or supplements. Just be careful with your wet fingers, they dissolve very easily. I use them to take kratom and a tsp easily fits.

Game changer, excellent product, wish I knew about these sooner!
These are a game changer. I take kratom daily for pain and anxiety. I hate making capsules, buy the tea was starting to make me sick. I read about these in a reddit forum. They're Japanese and used to take all kinds of powder supplements. They're a little tricky at first, but once you figure it out they're so easy. Don't overfill them, and you just fold them like a little burrito, put it in water for few seconds, then take it out and swallow. They swallow easier than capsules for sure. I would have to take 20 size 0 capsules, but only have to take 2 or 3 of these for the same dosage. These ones have no flavor, but you can order ones with a flavor. I highly recommend these for any powder supplements that are nasty to drink.

Perfect for taking powder supplements
I use this to take my Kratom a few times a day! Works really well. I've found 1 disc can hold at max 1 & 1/2 tsp, but you have to be careful if you put that much in. 1 1/4 tsp is usually as much as I'll do in one disc. I just make sure my hand are dry, take out a disc and put it on top of the package, fill it with herbal powder, do a little burrito wrap, pop it into a cup of water, and drink it down. Just don't leave it in water too long or the disc will dissolve, and make sure the discs are wrapped enough so the powder doesn't spill out!Hope this helps.

Great to use for Kratom.
I was in a severe car accident that left me with a multitude of physical injuries. Doctors have tried multiple surgeries and multiple therapies all to no avail. I refused to go down the path of narcotics because I've seen how it completely wrecks people's lives and my wife and children mean too much to me. Instead, I started researching more natural, herbal remedies and that's when I discovered Kratom. Kratom has been a huge blessing and help to me and has helped me manage a lot of my pain without the fear of addiction. Only downside is it comes in a horrendous tasting powder. At first, I'd mix it with juice and just drink it as fast as I could but it's kind of hard to chug something the consistency of mud so I started seeking out alternatives. I read about these discs on a forum online and had to give them a try. They're pretty cool to use. They are paper thin, transparent discs that turn into a thick layer of gem once you introduce it to water. Simply place the powder into the disc, roll it up, twist it close and dip it in water to seal it shut. Then you can quickly swallow it and the jelly consistency helps it slide down your throat. My technique that I use, that seems to work best out of all the ones I've tried, is to fold the disc in half twice so that you're left with what looks like ¼ of the disc. Then, open up one layer of the disc to create a 3D cone shape and then fill the cone with powder. Once full, pinch and twist close, then dip and swallow! Super simple. They are completely flavorless so you don't have to worry about any nasty taste and you're unable to taste the internal contents of whatever you put inside so long as you act swiftly.A negative aspect of these would be the lack of time you have once it is introduced to water. You have to immediately place it into your mouth or the gel will dissolve and you'll end up being able to taste what's inside. If any moisture whatsoever, even sweat from fingertips, touches them then they instantly start to gel. Unfortunately, they can also be quite fragile so you have to have a very light, easy touch when working with these otherwise you will puncture or rip them which completely defeats the purpose. These are a nice option to have for those things you need to take but do not want to taste. I'm sure there could be many other uses for them too but that's all I'm familiar with.
