Helping in irregular periods
I have PCOS for the last 10 years and I don't get my periods without medicine. My last period was in September 2025. Now I ordered this tea and consumed it for only two days and my periods came. I am totally surprised. Also i loved the flavour of tea its totally effective please consider this for your daily life

it’s took about 3 weeks before i noticed any major difference .. but know the improvement is clear .. less bloating ,more regular cycle . the taste is not for everyone but it’s worth it for results . A solid choice for hormonal balance

Need Improvement
Taste not good. Please make it lil bit tasty by adding healthy sweet like jaggery in the packet if we paying out much enough in the same price please add jaggery. Good for working women if she want to sip it in office.

Should definitely take this if you have delayed period or painful periods. In 20, days use, I got my periods and believe me mine was even 2 month cycle. The team got it within a month and exactly in time. The taste is decent, if you can have green tea you will like this one too.

Worst purchase
One of the worst products ever. I got a torn package. The seal was broken and the inside package was dusty and old. I have given a request for replacement. It’s been three days the replacement has not arrived yet. One of the worst purchases on Amazon yet. I should not have trusted the reviews.

Average Taste, But Beneficial
The flavor isn’t my favorite but I’m drinking it for the health benefits, and there do seem to be some early signs of improvement. Less bloating and more energy before periods.
