Brookstone - Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat and Deep Kneading

Wonderful product works really well DO NOT FALL ASLEEP ON if so you,d swear you got beat up while you were asleep when in all reality it was the pillow I did it with my head it felt like I got beat in the back of the head because I laid on it for a headache for a second needless to say product is flawlessly amazing and works beyond any expectation I had nice and strong motors to give the massage completely twistable turnable adjustable the one downside is you have to lay pillows out to lay on top of to get it under you correctly if you're laying on it for back or it's kind of difficult to keep in spot if you're sitting up otherwise I want 10 more to make sure I never go without one again

This is the 2nd Brookstone Shiatsu Lumbar Massager I have bought in the past two months. I returned the first one as it stopped working within a few months and now this new one is not staying on (never know when it will work). Brookstone has always been known for top of the line massagers but it seems like their quality isn't what it used to be! Wish I hadn't exchanged the first defective one for a 2nd one as now I don't have one and really need it for my neck pain! Uugh.

The heat function has failed on one side after just over a month. It works great at massaging., although it does make a lot of creaking noises when I use it on my back. I don’t think this is made for regular use. I have chronic back pain and have to use it fairly frequently. It might be great for someone for occasional use, but I wish I’d spent more and gotten the better quality one. It almost works for my neck, but apparently my neck is just a tad too thin for it to get the back of the neck. It gets more of the sides And I am not super skinny. Overall, I regret the purchase and I’m hoping that Brookstone will replace it under warranty since I can’t return it to Amazon.

I have so many issues with my neck I won’t even get into it. I’ve tried many different massagers. This is amazing I bought a second one to have In case this one dies. I also love that it has a heat option also.

don't work. it's broken. The wiring is all crumpled. it was in use. the packaging was sloppy. This purchase is a big disappointment. it's trash.

I have used it for a few weeks. It was hard to get it in the right place for my back while laying down. Ended up using it in the recliner. It’s pretty good there. I wish the cord was longer. Its hard to turn on and off because the switch is so close to my neck or I would buy an extension if one was available.

Was enjoying this massager until the fabric covering the rollers just ripped off.
