Item was okay but the delivery took a long time!

This watch was bought in July, it is supposed to keep the charge for 48 hours when wore. It does not at night and now it stops when wearing. I contacted Amazon and I was informed that they warranty has expired they gave me Seiko info telling me that they will send another watch. I email Seiko they never responded. I called Seiko directly and it is not their policy to replace. Now I am stuck with this watch that I can not trust with the time. I will never buy another watch from Amazon or Seiko brand.

Every time this watch sets for a day you have to reset it. Time and date. It quits running! They said turn the date and time 50 times or use a winder . Who has that? What kind of a watch needs special winding if it is self winding? Worst $200 I ever spent!
