Various populations (seniors, children, women, etc) may have different requirements. As with all supplements, the lack of regulation means you have to take a Vendor on faith. And, health benefits may never become apparent unless you happen to have a deficiency. Still, taking a supplement such as this is arguably a sensible preventative despite little research on health benefits of supplementation in healthy adults.I currently take a complex of Vitamin K2 that includes the MK-7 form. It's priced a little cheaper but shipping isn't free and availability has been iffy. These capsules are about the same size: about 5/8" long x 3/16" thick.
