I decided to get this one and its perfect. No more sliding and its just the perfect tightness and thickness.I did not even peel off to stick inside my shoe I just place it in so I can use it in my other shoe and sandals that kinda sliding as well. Yes I recommend this product. Review: 10/10 would buy again - These pads, among other things, have fixed the fit of my slightly too big closed toe shoes. But here's the big deal: yesterday, I walked a total of two miles in the highest heels I own, and while my feet got tired, they didn't hurt at all. It's the next morning as I type this and there is no pain. I'm not sure if it's because these pads are new -- it'll be interesting to see how things change as they start to wear out-- but for now, I am VERY happy with this cheap and easy solution. 5 star product! ## Features - Soft and Comfortable: Crafted from premium suede and gel, allowing you to dance with ease at parties or weddings in your stunning high heels; it feels as comfortable as walking on clouds - Non-slip Design: Features a honeycomb-patterned grip texture that conforms to the foot's pressure points; ensuring secure wear without inner slippage and minimizing discomfort from foot shift during movement - Easy to Use: To use this product, simply clean the area where you want to place them, peel off the tape, apply the inserts, and press down for a few seconds; your shoes will instantly become more comfortable - Important Note: This product is reusable and regains adhesion after cleaning and drying; Suitable for shoes with smooth surfaces; not recommended for fabric or suede footwear; it is not a substitute for medical supplies - Thickened Design: The toe area features extra padding for enhanced support; combined with the skin-friendly, breathable fabric, it keeps your feet cool and comfortable even with prolonged wear ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CDYK27K9 | | Arch Type | Medium Arch | | Best Sellers Rank | #9,890 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #12 in Ball-of-Foot Cushions | | Brand Name | ZAIWOO | | Color | Beige | | Corrective Support | metatarsal support | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 1,841 Reviews | | Insole Type | Comfort Insole | | Item Dimensions | 4.5 x 2.8 x 0.16 inches | | Item Form | cushions | | Manufacturer | ZAIWOO | | Material Type | GEL | | Number of Items | 4 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Anti-Slip | | Product Benefits | Our insoles provide ladies wearing high heels with a cloud-like comfort experience, along with excellent slip resistance, preventing toe pinching from high heels, allowing you to dance gracefully at parties in stylish footwear. | | Recommended Uses For Product | Shoe | | Shoe Width | 3 inches | | Size | Free | | Target Use Body Part | Ball of Foot | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Images ![- ZAIWOO Ball of Foot Cushions, Soft & Comfortable, 2 Pairs, Invisible Design - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81SgyBMmwNL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shoe insoles that save me from returning my wrong size shoes *by S***E on July 25, 2026* I order a shoes that is bigger than my feet. These helped with keeping my shoes on my feet BUT they smell SO BAD!!! My entire closet reeked for DAYS!! They aired out a little but I got them a day before I needed to wear them & wished I had ordered them earlier & had more time to air them out longer. They have a good grip & stayed put but after a few hours I began to smell them. The longer I walked around the more I could smell them. I left early bc I was concerned others could smell it too!!! So they do work very well & are comfortable to wear but if you get them let them air out for a while before you use them! ## Frequently Bought Together - ZAIWOO Metatarsal Pads for Women, Ball of Foot Cushions, Heel Inserts, High Heel Comfort Pads (2 Pairs), Anti Slip, Invisible Design - Dr. Shoesert Non-Slip Shoes Pads Adhesive Shoe Sole Protectors, High Heels Anti-Slip Shoe Grips --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/558191943-zaiwoo-ball-of-foot-cushions-soft-and-comfortable-2-pairs](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/558191943-zaiwoo-ball-of-foot-cushions-soft-and-comfortable-2-pairs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
