Just add a few drops of your favourite essential oils and create your own scented candles! Each beautiful box contains 1 cork float with metal protector, about 32 beeswax wicks with metal set and 1 metal tweezer. Established and continuously made in France by the same company since 1838, these high quality oil floating wicks will give you over 700 hours of light, warmth and comfort. Instructions for Use Choose a glass or metal container in which the float can move freely. Poor vegetable oil into the container. Please remember that with 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of oil, one floating wick will burn for more than 24 hours. Holding the float is made easier if you raise the little metal tongue. Place a new wick in the centre of the float and set both on the surface of the oil. After a few seconds of soaking, the wick is ready to be lighted. Each wick lasts for over 24 hours. Just blow on the wick to put it out. A wick that has been used will burn better if you scrap delicately its tip. If your container is deep or large, you may fill it up beforehand with water in order to use less oil - the oil will always remain on top of the water - as vegetable oil tends to lose its quality after a few days if exposed to direct light and air. If you use water, it will also warm with a slight crackle when there isn't enough oil anymore. The oil floating wicks are perfectly safe. If they are overturned by accident, they will go out by lack of fuel. Floating wicks are use as a sources of light, warmth, and as a spiritual comfort. They can also improve the decoration and atmosphere of a room. Using them is also much cheaper than using candles. With 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of oil, one floating wick will burn more 24 hours. ## Features - PURE NATURAL BEESWAX - OVER 700 HOURS OF LIGHT - High Quality Oil Floating Wicks made in France since 1838 ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00AXKE896 | | Best Sellers Rank | 539,792 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 255 in Candle Wicks | | Brand Name | VEILLEUSES ABEILLE | | Country Of Origin | France | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars (29) | | Manufacturer | LES VEILLEUSES FRANCAISES | | Manufacturer Part Number | unknown | | Material Type | Cork | | Unit Count | 32.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** VEILLEUSES ABEILLE - **Manufacturer:** LES VEILLEUSES FRANCAISES - **Material:** Cork - **Number of items:** 32 - **Unit count:** 32.0 count ## Images ![OIL FLOATING BEESWAX WICKS MADE IN FRANCE SINCE 1838 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41B3mq4oqnL.jpg) ![OIL FLOATING BEESWAX WICKS MADE IN FRANCE SINCE 1838 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31INtFVAzJL.jpg) ![OIL FLOATING BEESWAX WICKS MADE IN FRANCE SINCE 1838 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51i-2QimrhL.jpg) ![OIL FLOATING BEESWAX WICKS MADE IN FRANCE SINCE 1838 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51lNcjFD5CL.jpg) ![OIL FLOATING BEESWAX WICKS MADE IN FRANCE SINCE 1838 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31xrpF3G2oL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What diameter is the floating disc?** A: The floating disc is made up of cork with a piece of aluminium and is around 1.5 to 2.0 cm in diameter. **Q: Which way up?
