**Q: Can you use the washing head on hard, real wood floors?**
A: I have used it on our wood floors and it worked great, it puts out the right amount of water and dries fast.

**Q: How much can you clean without refilling the water?**
A: We have a pretty big kitchen & 3 dogs so, I had to mop harder than normal - still had water...❤️

**Q: How flat can it lay so as to get dust balls from underneath beds??**
A: About 4in flat I'd say. With a normal upright vacuum I was unable to get under my queen bed (8in space). Now it's a piece of cake. I can even easily get in under my dresser, where there's only 4in to 6in of play.

**Q: Does this support 220v?**
A: It plugs into a standard 110v outlet.
