Review: Much faster and easier than ironing - As someone who hasnt used a steamer before, I'm really impressed by this handheld steamer. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. It's not difficult to hold, removes wrinkle and freshens fabric really quickly. It's easy to refill and the water tank doesn't leak. For me, the size of steamer and its water tank provide a good balance of portability, weight, and steam/ use time. It works really well on all types of clothing and curtain fabrics. The only cons are that it can occasionally get heavy in my hands if holding for some time, and it can be challenging to hold both the peice of clothing that I'm steaming and the steamer while trying to make sure the fabric and steamer are both in the correct position to remove wrinkles. I usually try to have the clothing hanging on a hanger while steaming in order to have an extra hand to maneuver the fabric, but it worries me when steaming near the plastic hanger that the steam could melt the hanger plastic onto the fabric. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality of this steamer and definitely recommend it over ironing.
Review: No iron option - Had this item for sometime now. Works great since I never iron anymore.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I didn't receive direction booklet; how do you remove the water tank?**
A: Dear customer, the way to remove the water tank is simply to hold the tank by hand and pull it outward. After the water tank is added to the water because of the adsorption force of water is difficult to remove, you can hold the water tank with your hand and shake it up and down first and then pull it out.

**Q: I bought this because I needed one that works vertically and horizontally but it says to only use vertically. Does it work well horizontally?**
A: Yes. The handheld clothes steamer is built with pump-steam technology and a leak-proof design, making the steamer able to work horizontally with no leakage.

**Q: Can this garment steamer be used to remove wrinkles on curtains?**
A: Yes, you can use this steamer on curtains, but you should know what type of fabric your curtains are first. Make sure the fabric can handle higher heat and won't shrink.

**Q: Is this clothes steamer effective for suit coats, dress slacks, and evening wear for women? Thank you**
A: I now use clothes steamer every day to iron my husband’s shirts, my skirts and dresses. It heats up very fast and produces more steam than my previous garment ironing machine. I think it’s very worthwhile.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING!
*by S***A on December 10, 2023*

Hands-down one of the best purchases I've made this year. I got it on sale because this is my first handheld steamer and I wasn't sure I'd like it, but this is worth full price. It heats up super quickly, works extremely well, and goes pretty far on a single tank of water. I needed to refill it between sets of curtains, but the first set is basically floor to ceiling. The left side of the beige curtains is steamed, the right side isn't. I'm honestly shocked I got these results without having to lay the curtains down on a solid surface. It got a little heavy after steaming four curtains, but not overly so. This would certainly be too heavy for someone with muscular degeneration, but should be fine for someone with average upper arm strength.
