Good value and quality
These were purchased to mount a large, LED television to a partition wall in our bedroom. They are good value for money, well made and sturdy. We have enough spare for any future DIY tasks too.

You need the tool
These actually worked really well but you have to buy the tool to put them in - it’s about £10 but essential for these 👍

The house will fall down before these pull out
Used these for heavy fixings on walls for years. My house has a double skin of plasterboard on all the internal walls, then a cavity, so fixing heavy items, like TV’s, kitchen cupboards, floating shelves, can be a challenge, but not with these fixings, once they are in, they are in, forever. It’s a little more work, you have to mark the holes, fit the fixing and screw the screw in to pull it tight, then remove the screw and put the item in place, then refit the screws, it’s not a big deal, but once used, nothing, and I mean nothing, will pull it out, the plasterboard it’s self would come down before these let go.One word of caution, only fit these in permanent locations, you can’t get them out and a dab of filler won’t cover them up.Want to fix something heavy to plasterboard and know it’s not going to fall off the wall, ever, use these, just don’t get too carried away, if you do manage to pull one out, you will get a 4 inch diameter piece of wall with it, don’t ask how I know, lol

Cheap and nasty - really nasty!
I've used this type of fixing for years, and never had one fail or give any issue whatsoever. These things are extremely weak and flimsy. The thread failed on the first three I tried, and finally one tightened up reasonably, but I had no confidence in it by this point. The fact I was able to remove it with a pair of long-nose pliers said all I needed to know. Whilst it had worked to an extent, it wasn't properly extended and had broken. Lesson learned, I went and bought some real branded ones from the local store, and they worked like a charm as always!

Best plasterboard fixings.
The only fixing I use for plasterboard walls. You have to have the tool to use them (old separately) which is a simple process to set them but these hold serious weight, never had any rip out. I've hung heavy large 55+ inch TV's with these and ceiling hooks.
