The website says "primarily citric acid". Does anyone know the other ingredients?

How often do you need to descale unit?

I make 2 batches every day and it needs to be descaled about once every 3-4 weeks. Your water source will also determine how often to descale. I have a very hard water source. Another tip, put it on a timer so it cycle off before it boils dry. This will make it last longer before it needs to be descaled. I set my for 5 hours and it leaves about an inch of water in the bottom which results in less scale attaching to the surface of the container making it much easier to clean.

I live in az. my last bottle is so hard i cannot separate the crystals to clean. does this jar stay dry crystals? or will it clump together.

My jar of crystals and never hardened. I don’t use it very often. I keep it on a high shelf in my kitchen. No clumps so far.
