I got my mum this as she was trying to quit smoking. She has smoked for about 40 years. The great thing about this is its not a vape. It still uses real tobacco but the tobacco is condensed. It still has nicotine in them but there's none of the other additives such as tar in it. My mum hasn't had a proper cigarette since the start of December and from the day she got it she would only have one when she woke up. It uses a brand called heats which can be bought in tesco and asda I believe and there's 3 strengths. But my mum buys them online to last her the month and its free delivery she gets. I'm sure the heats out the supermarket are about £6 a packet so way way cheaper as well.

Box device and all the add on things like cleaning brush and a charger looks exactly the same as original as i had one before but after reading the reviews i was worried that this is a re make and its not original as the lights when its heating flashing differently then on my previous original. I have so far smoked it few times all seems perfectly fine. Only interesting how long it will it work without breaking. But it does look shiny new. No issues

Was easy to use and charge and looks really nice aswell I just couldn't get on with the smoking the heated cigarettes but others may do and they are cheap to buy 20 of them than 20 real cigarettes

There are a few negative reviews so I was slightly apprehensive to purchase this but did anyway. I’m actually very pleasantly surprised… I’ve had vape before and this definitely isn’t a vape, it’s far better. It isn’t quite the same as a normal cigarette but I assumed that’s because you don’t breathe in the chemicals that come with burning a cigarette. This tastes far better, feels healthier (if that’s possible when smoking) and also doesn’t leave any smell in you. My main worry was that I wouldn’t get the “head rush” you get from smoking, but I can confirm you do! There are a number of flavours to choose from but so far I’ve found Sienna to be the most enjoyable and very close to smoking really cigarettes. Would definitely recommend although this in my opinion isn’t a way to quite smoking totally, it’s just a healthier way to smoke.

They won’t even refund your money and don’t respond properly, saying you need to contact the seller. Don’t buy from them.”
