Original review 1*I’m not sure if my ring is just defective or the app is not programmed correctly.1) Steps are not recording but maybe the first 10 minutes after taking the ring off the charger.2) Has not recorded any kind of sleep numbers.3) When oxygen and heartbeats are recorded it’s only for a limited amount of time.4) refreshing the app does not trigger the download from the ring.Any help would be appreciatedNew review 4*Looks like this ring and app combination took a little learning to know how to properly use it.To get saved readings you must exit the app and reopen for it to connect to the ring to transfer the saved data. This also shows battery life and you can click “live data” to have it read right then and there. That connection is only active for a few minutes (until the red live data is gone) then to check again you have to exit the app and open again for the ring to be found.Not 100% sure how accurate the info is but it is recording sleep, steps, oxygen and skin temp.I gave it 4* because there is no option to refresh the app to have it trigger a download from the ring.

Doesn’t update every 10 minutes like it states. Doesn’t really work cheaply made. The data is hard to read there’s no exact time nor accurate temperature. Said my husbands temperature yesterday was 217. Very defective.

The ring doesn’t work from the beginning. I do not understand why Amazon promotes products that doesn’t work and when you call Amazon to help you, they can help you. I am through buying stuff from Amazon.

The data provided is highly inaccurate. The steps/distance is at least doubled, the heart rate is too high, therefore any of the other data is also incorrect like sleep patterns. The ring does not automatically sync with the app. I had to turn bluetooth off and back on each time for the ring to sync.
