This is a good product and it works as advertised. What I don't understand about this is it needs 3 tablets for one cleaning cycle. Why not make a bigger one instead of three smaller tablets? it's a waste of packaging and plastic.Oh, this also came with a free mobile holder stand which I'm not going to complain about, and a placeholder handwritten message about how this is a family business and all that nonsense. Feels like some kind of copypasta. I have seen the exact same letter for a different product from a different brand so take that letter with a huge grain of salt.Overall product is good and works so my rating is based on that alone.

Good product

Useless product. DOES NOT WORK.Just foam and more foam that's it.And because of a lot of foam you have to thoroughly manually clean the machine afterwards. Adds to the work load.Original Siemen's company powder works excellant.
