I could not believe the quality of this kit for the price. Fun instructions lots of variety for make your own sushi rolls, balls, etc. and it also came with a fantastic knife that we still use every day. I bought this for a make your own sushi party last New Year’s Eve, and it was really fun. I can highly recommend this kit.

These were absolutely perfect for first time users! They are made well! They are thick, sturdy, and make sushi making fun! These are worth every penny!

These are the very best Sushi Rolling Mats I have ever used for making California Rolls. I have been able to constantly spin up 2 Pound California Rolls which are huge; triple the usual size of a Restaurant size California Roll with these. They clean up nicely with nothing but warm to hot water from the sink. I have never used any soap on mine. I make sure they are very saturated with water prior to using. And before First Use roll them around under running water to make sure any fine bamboo splinters are removed. You do not want those in your GI tract. Not saying they come with any, but just as a precaution. If you have a desire to make rolled Sushi you have the right Mats in your Cart. I have been rolling Sushi Rolls since 1979 and know not all Sushi Mats are created equal. Though a simple device a bad Mat makes sloppy Sushi Rolls. When you pull tension you want all that pressure to be evenly distributed all along the rim of the Rolling Mat and these do this perfectly with that heavy cord tightly bonded to each bamboo rod. And after many uses they are still like new. I do just like I did when brand new roll them around briskly under running warm & hot tap water for a minute or two, until you see no more food particles stuck to anything, and set them aside leaning up to air dry somewhere. And before using them the next time just jostle them around under running water again until saturated with water and just get busy rolling up your Sushi and enjoy!

I’ve never made sushi before but I love sushi so I bought this with high hopes. I cannot even tell you how happy I was with this. The instructions were so easy to follow and when I finished making my first roll, I couldn’t even believe I was the one who made it. As a beginner, this kit has done wonders for me!
