Helps me sleep
This is my favorite night time tea. It's very calming and soothing to drink before bed. Tastes and smells really good. I bought a pack of 4, keeping a couple for myself and gave a couple to friends to help them sleep too.

Love this tea. I was happy I was able to order the 4 boxes . Sometimes I can only get 1 box at a time bc the 4 are out of stock . Boxes were a little crushed but no big deal
