I used this right away, cleaned and refreshed two suits, took crease marks out of trousers and sleeves easily and removed mud splashes. Tried it on a shirt, one side used steamer, the other pic, close up of before steamer on other side. So impressed how quickly it works. I used the brush attachment, put clothes on over door hook, pull taught and steam. I used deionised water in the steamer as we have hard water. I didn't think it was too heavy, yes, I had to refill after doing suits, but it heats up quickly. £45 for dry cleaning 2 suits made me look for something like this, so glad I did, just wish I had found it before now. You do have to hold button in but it works quickly so wasn't a problem. Ergonomically, very good.

I HATE ironing with a passion! It’s evil. I have tried to persuade the world that the creased look is the highest of fashion, to no avail. Then I ordered this appliance. As stated, it’s a complete game changer! It quickly removes creases, the steam is minimal so I’m not having to wipe my steamed up glasses constantly. It works wonderfully, my husband, The Welsh Blokey, is still recovering from having non-creased T-shirts to wear! Wait till he sees the bed linen! Only draw back is that it’s a little heavier than expected, but who cares!

It works well but is a bit heavy when full and using for a prolonged period. Hasn't leaked yet, easy to fill and use.

Great steamer bought this for going on holiday! Tried it out before we leave. Ideal for all materials quick and easy to use. Highly recommend!

the right is before and left is after. does a pretty good job! gets quite hot so be careful not to slightly hurt yourself. also I use it for synthetic wigs and it softens them right up!!

I've been using this almost daily since purchasing, and it's one of those things that I wonder why I didn't buy it sooner. I use this to get creases out of my clothes the evening before work. It works well on t-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, dresses and trousers. Just keep it in or near your wardrobe and you'll never have to break out the ironing board again. I stopped using the small brush attachment in the end as I found that it caused some items to bobble, and the plastic bristles became misshaped after being warmed by the steam. It's fine to use the steamer without this, I'm unsure what it is even for, but it seems like a poorly designed accessory. With that being said, I couldn't recommend this steamer enough. It's a good price and does a great job of getting creases out quickly.

I used the iron 2 times and it was perfect. The third one started to malfunctioning and stopped working. It does not steam anymore so it's useful now. As the 30 days has passed, I cannot get a refund so I lost my money and need to buy a new one. Don't recommend this one at all.

Can't use it. Wrong power plug. Otherwise would have been great.

This item can not be used as it has an America electricity plug…so disappointed
