The Seller OmTechnocraft was really helpful in activating the warranty of the product and also helped in Technical Support. The Two Bullet cameras are really good quality when compared to older 2 mp cameras. I got original Hikvision SMPS also with the PackageIn Box = 2 X 2mp Bullet Camera with required Fishers and Screws, Hikvision DVR Package with a mouse inside, Required BNC/DC Connectors, WD Refurbished HDD 500GB, Usewell 40 Meter Wire, Hikvision 4Channel SMPS.The wire quality is ok,but not premium but it does the job perfectly.Hard drive is working perfectly till now.Night Vision is awesome,but there is a slight switching problem during if colour vision is on and i dont know if it was my installation mistake.Power Supply is original Hikvision. ### ⭐ Hard disk failure *by on Reviewed in India 9 June 2026* Hard disk which I got from product it's not working frm starting.
