I got my 1st container of the King Nature Berberine Gummies! I am seriously excited about this product because I am not, nor have I ever been, good at swallowing pills! NOPE, but this product is super yummy and it provides you with Berberine, which helps with decreased blood sugar levels, increased weight loss, just to name a few benefits - and its sweetened with Monk Fruit. They're Super yummy! Highly recommended.

I've been taking Kindnature's Berberine Gummies for nearly a year now and really enjoyed them. They don't use stevia or sucralose, but instead use monk fruit to sweeten them. This was a huge benefit for me as I'm sensitive to the taste of the other stuff. Previous shipments have all been very tasty with a great texture, and I recommended them to others. However, the last two jars have tasted very different, and I can only presume the formula has changed, and not for the better. The most recent ones especially are so sour and bitter I don't even want to eat them, and because they are edible, I can't even get a return or refund from Amazon. Before the formula change, I can't really say that they helped control my appetite or help with weight loss, but I was taking them primarily to try to help reduce my A1C after I got diabetes. I do think they helped my partner with his appetite, though, as he doesn't overeat as much as he used to after he started taking them too. All in all, really disappointing that Kindnature ruined a good supplement and left me feeling like I can't really trust trying any of their other ones. Because they either changed the formula without announcement or, more concerning, their quality control has gone down to the point that batches are inconsistent.

Berberine is one of those vitamins you can’t just start out taking the max dosage because it can irritate your stomach. These definitely work, I originally was taking Berberine in a pill form but switched to gummies due to pills getting stuck in my throat. I’ve noticed a extremely decrease in food noise which is something I’ve been struggling with my whole life. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I think I’ll definitely repurchase these.

These not only taste great but they actually work! At first I was like oh it’s probably a placebo effect but then I realized no I actually have a decreased appetite and so did my fiancé. It’s helped us both so much that we barely snack anymore. This will always be on rotation for us.

Kind of worked but it made me a bloated and constipated.

I think these work to help regulate sugar spikes. They taste good but don't work for weightloss. They seem to help with the tingling I get when I ate too many starchy carbs though.

I have been taking this for 2 years now and have seen great results with energy, weight loss and control of appetite. They taste great (fruity and soft) and no side effects with the monk fruit that I get with fake sugars. Just purchased some a week ago and they are foul tasting (sour and vinegary) and not the same consistency (firm and waxy). Thought it may be a one off jar so I ordered another and got the same result. Contacted Kindnature to see if this the new “normal” and will update this review when I get a reply.
