Terrible Condition
When I open the mailing package it looked like the package the car came in was opened. It was re-taped and it looked like it was used. Looking at the car it seems there is a scratch on the passenger window. This was going to be a gift for someone that collects Hot Wheels. Now it too late to get another one. I needed it this weekend.
