Would not fit my Epson-XP710
I have had my Epson XP-710 for many years and have always bought non-original cartridges from various sellers on Amazon. Up till now I have never had a problem. However I simply could not get these to fit. The cartridge go into the slot ok, but refuse to "click" home.I purchase some other cartridges at the same time from a different supplier and physically compared the two case outers. I could honestly not see any difference between the cases, but no matter how much I tried I could not get these to fit, the other suppliers cartridges fitted perfectly. I tried one more of these guessing I may just have selected a duff one, but that too would not click home, so I gave up.A secondary issue was that the action of clicking one of the caps either on or off (not sure which but I am not going to do it again to find out) splattered black ink on the wall next to the printer, on my trousers and all over my hands, maybe this was my fault but its also never happened to me before with non original cartridges.Maybe I got a bad batch? maybe these fit every other Epson XP printer but the XP-710?I see lots of good reviews, but I cannot honestly add to that tally.

A sensible-priced alternative to Epson's cartridges
These work fine on my printer. These aren't 100% as good as Epson branded cartridges, and my printer occasionally pops up a dialogue implying that there is a problem using non-standard ink...... but I've been in the computer business for 20+ years and never had any problems with inkjets and non-original ink.I bought my XP-520 based on the fact that I could get this type of ink - and I've saved the cost of the printer already using them.

Outstanding value!
These cartridges WILL work, although you may need to persist to get past the manufacturers attempts to get their printers to reject them. I telephoned the helpdesk and they were brilliant, really friendly and knowledgeable and got mine working after a bit of fiddling around. The difference in price between these and the branded cartridges is astounding and I would heartily recommend to anyone that they get their replacement inks from this company. Happy printing!

So far these carts seem good.
Used to replace another non-original cartridge. Yes the don't last as long as the genuine ones. Yes they are a tenth of the price :-D. I've been using non-original cartridges in Canon and Epson printers now for about 10 years with very few problems. So far these carts seem good.

They are good enough but I think all substitute cartridges are inferior ...
Bought these as an emergency measure as I couldn't get the originals. They are good enough but I think all substitute cartridges are inferior in the amount of ink they supply. I have always found that I have to change them before they are fully exhausted. Perhaps it is just my printer refusing to use them anymore!

It's ink, it does the job
They do the job, but don't last anywhere near as long as the legitimate OEM cartridges. That said, given the price, it's difficult to argue, and print quality is indistinguishable.

ink that doesn't cost more than mercury
Can't fault them, really can't. And at a tenth of the price of genuine Epson ink they'll do me .. though glossy A4s may not look so good using this cheap ink after a month in sunshine. You get what you pay for good people.
