Amazing book for students gives notes and ideas on the screen play and it’s overall easy to understand. Couldn’t recommend this more!

It's good for a start/ consolidating knowledge but you need a bit more for a-level. It's AS and it’s not as updated as some of their other notes, like Othello.

Excellent book offers varied analogy and intellectual interpretations that are helpful not only when writing essays but also to develop your own ideas. Definitely recommend it specially for your Edexel English literature AS exam.

A very good reading for teenagers as well as adults. All characters have a dark side and one cannot help feeling sorry for all of them. They are in a pathetic situation and their future seems already written.... whatever they do, they are stuck in their environment and past.

Unlike the GCSE York notes - which are very thorough and practically saved my exams - so far this one is far less useful. it gives an overview and some good points but lacks quotes and in dept help.
