I bought this shampoo and have now been using it for about 7 days, and so far I've got nothing but good things to say. It's a little pricey, and I can't honestly tell you whether or not it is increasing the volume of hair, but it does smell really good and my hair feels healthier to me. I actually purchased this for my wife, rather than for myself. She has very thin and fragile hair and is always trying to come up with a way to get her hair thicker and fuller. In a short span of time, it's really hard to tell how effective the shampoo is at increasing your hair volume: however; just like my own experience, she believes her hair feels healthier. I will say that I can tell her hair is more lustrous than it was and does seem to have more shine.You don't have to use a lot of this shampoo to get a good cleaning. I don't have a lot of hair, unfortunately but my wife does and with both of us using this one bottle there's still a good amount left after 7 days of use.Overall, I like the shampoo I like the smell and I like the way my hair feels after using it. Maybe after an extended use I'll be able to tell if there's an increase in volume or hair strength

I purchased the Biotin Shampoo & Conditioner set several months ago and fell in love with both.I wasn't looking for a 'cleansing' shampoo, just needed a decent shampoo with the right ingredients. Clarifying, Purifying, Cleansing shampoos are too rough for my hair type. This one is not harsh and doesn't strip my curly, frizz-prone hair in a dry climate like Colorado. I have used it for 3 seasons now, and my hair doesn't feel dry or lifeless especially after conditioning. It does a great job of removing buildup. My hair feels soft after rinsing and looks shiny after styling. Using the right shampoo matters. I have yet to find another one like this.

Had my first hair gloss treatment and have been using this since day 1. This shampoo has a wonderful fragrance and I love that the 2nd ingredient is Aloe. The consistency is a bit watery, but only need 1 or 2 pumps to fully cover my hair and get a good lather. I find that it leaves my hair clean, soft and free of frizz without blow drying. Great daily shampoo that I trust on my hair. Recommend & will try the conditioner.

Ok, My wife and I both have been using the product for about three weeks so far, and we have different hair types. My wife has dry, slightly brittle hair and my hair is on the oily side. Product Pros and Cons...this is NOT an inexpensive product. The cost per ounce compared to other similar products is pretty high. When you compare the price and the bottle size it really emphasizes the price. We both love the clean and subtle fragrance and the "squeaky clean" feeling. This is a low lather shampoo so "rinse and repeat" was really needed. The shampoo was definitely better on my wife's hair than mine. By the end of the day her hair still looked vibrant and clean, but my hair was flat and dull. I imagine that following the recommendation to use Hairfinity conditioner would be the way to go. For me, I cannot see enough of a difference to justify the cost but we will continue using the shampoo and maybe change our opinion.
