It has a strong suction flow. Be careful and practice the flow or it can get painful.

It’s like a massage help your circulation in different area. I don’t have to go to the parlor anymore to have it done. It worked for me. Just be very careful. Don’t leave the suction for too long in your skin. or will turn very read be gentle

The instructions for this product was not in English and when I used it I was burned. The setting are from 1 to 15. I had the heat on level 8 and the suction on level 3 and after 10 minutes my arm was burned and I had this circular blister. So I returned this product. Not a good product 😕.

If you want a way to do cupping at home, this is a great little option. It has a wide variety of settings and comes with three different heads: one for cupping, one for scrapping massage, and one for red light therapy. There are 15 suction power settings, and it comes with a decent amount of essential oils.Reliability is still a question, but I have used KTS heating pads in the past and have always been satisfied. My one complaint is the limited manual. It's very minimal. On the plus side, you can find much of the information you might want online or even on the Amazon product page.
