Uneven and untidy stitching
It can be clearly seen in the picture how unevenly the top has been cut and even untidy-ly stitched. It looks like a beginner has done the cutting and stitching of this top.However, the fabric of the top is good. But the uneven cutting and untidy stitching can't be ignored.
