Great product!! I didn’t get any weird smelling burps

Takes away my anxiety almost immediately! Also I love the lavender burps! Lol!

I found this product from Integrative Therapeutics when I did a web search for an herbal anti-anxiety supplement. Lavela WS 1265 is “clinically studied lavender oil.” And that’s all. According to the blog on which I found this product mentioned, Lavender oil is recommended extensively in Germany as an anxiety remedy, and some research concludes that it can be as effective as prescription drugs. Google “Silexan research” and you will find, on PubMed, an abstract of a clinical study that concludes that this specific lavender extract supplement “had a significant beneficial influence on quality and duration of sleep and improved general mental and physical health without causing any unwanted sedative or other drug specific effects. Lavandula oil preparation silexan is both efficacious and safe for the relief of anxiety disorder not otherwise specified. It has a clinically meaningful anxiolytic effect and alleviates anxiety related disturbed sleep.” The pills are small and deep red, easy to swallow. The package recommends one or two a day, so I started with one. After a few days, I increased it to two. Does it do anything? It does. Am I sure it is not a placebo effect, notwithstanding the clinical research? Not at all. However, that does not matter to me. What’s important is that I DO feel more calm. If it’s because of the lavender, or because of my mind’s belief in the power of an herb, I cannot say for sure. However, there is clinical evidence to suggest that the effect is not simply a placebo. It’s absolutely worth trying. For me: so far so good.

Have been on these lavender pills for years. Love them. Help so so much with anxiety. You will have a pleasant lavender burp every once in awhile but the benefit of this product is fantastic.

I have been using these after a recommendation from my doctor. As many other reviews have mentioned, I do get lavendar burps but they don't bother me much. They do help with calming my mod and have been a good addition to my toolbox to address GA.

My wife and I both tried this and had high hopes as we struggle with anxiety and insomnia. In a short time we felt a relaxed effect, but then it went downhill from there. She experienced a lot of heartburn/indigestion even though it was taken a short time after eating and with a full glass of water. We both fell asleep ok in less than an hour, but after that were tossing and turning all night and could not stay asleep. It disrupted our sleep more than it helped. I know products can affect everyone differently, but have realistic expectations if you decide to try this. We read many of the recent reviews before purchasing which were encouraging. However, I'm always skeptical when I read some of the reviews that sounded like a commercial ad. Also, those who claimed that this was as effective and could replace a prescription anxiety med like Xanax or other Benzo's was really hard to believe and as we found out, completely false. While that would be fantastic, there's no way this would be so easily available and not be classified as a controlled substance if that were true.
