The best air filter depends on size or dimensions, filtration rating (MERV, MPR, FPR), and quality your AC unit requires. Our filters capture up to 98% of microscopic airborne particles (3-10 um) with industry leading low pressure drop. How do I replace my air filter? Confirm the size of your air filter. Remove plastic wrapping on your new filter and locate the arrows to indicate the direction of air flow. Open your air vent cover, insert the new filter with the arrows facing correctly, then shut air vent cover. What does MERV mean in air filters? MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Values which reports a filter's ability to capture microscopic particles ranging from 0.3 and 10 microns (µm). The higher the MERV level, the more efficient it is at filtering microscopic particles. What is the difference between Nominal Size and Actual Size of Air Filters? The nominal size is a rounded number to the nearest whole or half inch, (ex: 20 x 20 x 1). The Actual Size is the exact measurement that shows the filter's actual dimensions (ex: 19.75 x 19.75 x .75). All Air Filters display both sizes. What quantity of air filters should I buy? This is dependent on each customers unique air filter requirements. Our selection includes pack sizes that range from 1 to 12 filters. Each filter last up to 3 months depending on various aerosol conditions such as, dust, smoke, and pets. BNX is proud to manufacture American made air filters, masks and PPE locally in the United States. Works very good. Had a problem with coughing a lot. But, since these Merv 13 Trufilters, I have no more issues ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean cool air. *by on Reviewed in the United States October 2, 2026* Very good filters. Used them to keep dirt/dust out of home and out of the of furnace. Would not change now, used long enough to determine these are really good filters.plus they are MERV 11. Buying bulk(6) saves money Better filters and at great price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This captures the things you’ll be glad you missed when you change the filter *by on Reviewed in the United States September 29, 2026* I live in an apartment where they supply us with filters, but they’re the kind you can basically see-through, if you know what I mean. I’m in downtown Dallas so there’s plenty of particles in the air. This filter captures them, instead of recirculating them back into my place. The MERV number is a great balance that doesn’t put too much pressure on the AC unit landing with a perfect balance of clean cool air, or in the winter, warm clean air. When I change the filter, I’m amazed at what I have been fortunate enough to miss breathing in. I highly recommend these.. i did quite a bit of comparisons and find this to be a great value. ## Frequently Bought Together - BNX TruFilter 20x23x1 Air Filter MERV 13 (4-Pack) - MADE IN USA - Electrostatic Pleated Air Conditioner HVAC AC Furnace Filters for Allergies, Pollen, Mold, Bacteria, Smoke, Allergen, MPR 1900 FPR 10 - Simply 18x20x1 Air Filter, MERV 8, MPR 600, 6 Pack, For Home AC Furnace & HVAC (Actual Size: 17.75"x19.75"x0.75") DUST, Pet, & Allergy Control --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/556743730-bnx-trufilter-20x23x1-air-filter-merv-13-smoke-allergy-pet](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/556743730-bnx-trufilter-20x23x1-air-filter-merv-13-smoke-allergy-pet) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
