Excellent , soft foam , comfortable on the neck
Very comfortable and nice , the material used is soft so it can be worn all day or as needed without hurting or making the neck feel stiff . I love it . Only downside is I have not found the same in the black so the grey gets dirty easily . But I love it .

Too tall for a short neck
I have a broken neck (my C1 and C2) and have been in a hard neck brace for 7 months. I just got permission to move to a “soft” brace, but I still have a broken neck, so it has to be a sturdy soft brace. That’s where I’m coming from. I ordered 3 different braces so I could try them out because you cannot tell from the descriptions which ones are what I would call a “real” brace. Nobody on here mentions a broken neck. It’s like the three bears. One collar was too soft (the Velpeau), one collar was too big (the Nimood) and one was just right. Like most of the collars on here, they only offer medium or large size, so I ordered a medium. I have a short neck (but rather stout for being 5’ tall). If you can easily tuck your neck into the bottom of the brace and you can't get it tight enough to prevent that, the brace is not holding your neck straight and it is too tall. I have a tendency to tuck my chin and this one made it much too easy. It is very sturdy, but not hard. It seems to have an extra foam layer that makes it thicker and sturdier. It would probably be great in a small with a 3" height. If you have a serious neck problem, this is the brace for you. I would consider it to be "medical grade."

Uncomfortable
Easy to put on, but it’s stiff, hard, cheaply made, and very uncomfortable.

Works for me!
I have been having issues with turning my neck while I sleep and waking up with a neck ache that lasts all day! I have tried all the pillows and nothing has worked so I resorted to a neck brace. I tried another one at first that didn’t have the little dip for my chin and it felt too bulky. This one is perfect and I also like how it has a washable liner. I was worried the medium would be too big but it fits. I have to pull it over quite far but it still fits well. If they offered a small I probably would have bought that. I have an average/lean neck I think for a 5’4” 125lb woman. The neck brace works well for me and is comfortable while I sleep. I’m happy to have found it.

Very helpful to reduce my snoring
This neck brace was very helpful in significantly reducing my snoring that was hampering my breathing at night. I was also happy that it wasn't hot or restrictive. The medium fit me well. I'm an overweight female in my 60s
