This was perfect for my travel needs. Size, pocket accessibility and ease of use are strong features. I haven’t yet encountered zipper or durability issues that some have said are concerns, but that’s because I use it infrequently. But overall a good purchase for me.

This is a nice sling bag, seems pretty sturdy and is definitely not too big, I got it for my son and he didn't want something too large. However, the picture is a bit deceiving--I was hoping he could carry a water bottle inside the pouch, but the front pouch does not extend all the way up. In the back, it does, but it's a slim pocket that you could carry documents or money (a good way to hide your passport, money, etc). Other than that it will work well for what we wanted.

I owned a black version for a while and liked it (5 stars if it was just that). It fit my items well enough, had plenty of pockets with solid zippers, and looked simple/clean. It held up well. I could take it anywhere and it would hold up and look pretty good. Unfortunately, I no longer have it as it was misplaced at a restaurant. I recently bought the grey version as a replacement and see a difference in quality. Whether this is due to a change in overall builds or the grey is somehow differently made, it's disappointing. There is this middle part of the polyester material between the larger pocket and the inside sleeve of the bottom big pocket that makes a noticeable rustling noise that definitely did not happen with the black version. This makes it sound cheap and is distracting like the sound you hear of a plastic grocery bag or a chew dog toy. Otherwise, the product seems consistent with the black one in terms of features (3 stars).
