This was the fourth stand I tried before I finally got one that was capable of actually holding a simple condenser microphone.The previous three all failed. I could tighten it up just about to the point where plastic knobs were on the verge of breaking, and still things would start to sag and it wouldn't hold the microphone in position, or tip even if it was extended straight forward where it should have the most support.This one just works. Easy to assemble, easy to adjust. I was glad that I could finally stop returning microphone stands and just KEEP one that was reliable finally.

Surprised.That was my reaction to opening, viewing and piecing together all of the parts to this music stand. For this price point, I was not expecting anything of nearly this quality, which just goes to show how much other brands are overcharging. This is also one of the few that actually includes a usable phone/tablet mount, which is a great addition for guys like me who have trouble remembering lyrics (and chords). Anyway, here's my "unboxing" experience:-Item comes in a fairly small box -- kind of wide, about 16-18" wide, and only about 4 or 5" square-ish on the ends.-Each part of the stand is individually wrapped, which includes several stand shafts, a mic clip, tablet/phone clip, the base and an articulating extension for the tablet/phone mount. Surprisingly, there is also a decent carrying bag included, while not of the highest quality but it definitely does the job.-Putting this together is pretty intuitive, but if you need instructions, be warned that mine were kind of hidden inside the carrying bag so I just put it together without instructions, which was fairly simple if you've ever used a stand before.-The build quality is excellent, mostly made of metal with the exception of the nuts covers, clips, feet, etc. My only minor gripe is that the "flexible" arm for the tablet mount is not very flexible. It takes quite a bit of force to move it in any direction so be very careful and make sure you hold the bottom part of it when adjusting the angle so that you don't put too much pressure on the rest of the stand.-Amazingly, this actually fit my iPad Air (5th Gen), which is nearly 10" (9.7"). It took a little coaxing, but it went in after stretching the mount to its limit.Overall, this has to be the best bang-for-your-buck music stand out there. I've seen many similar stands priced at near or even over $100, so if you're looking a flexible stand to hold your mic and phone/tablet, this one's a no-brainer, IMHO.

Instruction completely confusing, a bit top heavy.Great for the money, logical pieces, love all the extras, practical, would buy again.

I liked the assembly, it was simple and clear. I like the cell or tablet holder for video of my practice sessions, or to play a recorded version for me to learn or play along.

It’s a good, sturdy mic stand for the price. I like that a couple of mic clip options were included.

Check for a coupon because I paid less for the second one than the first one.

Functionality is ok. You get what you paid for. It does not hold a large tablet well. I mounted a Galaxy Tab S7 FE and the arm bent as soon as you start touching the mic. This is great to hold a phone, but when you add the weight of the mic, cables and tablet, the stand doesn't perform.

Solid product! Very well built and easy to assemble. Works great!
