The bottom are lids for covering any left overs. Sturdy and durable. They do not leak.

Decent quality with a much too large pour spot
If you are expecting these to have a pour spout with a size similar to any other olive-oil/bottle-topping pour spot, you're in for a rough time. The pour spot on these is much much larger than a typical spout. This means that any "delicate" pouring is right out - the liquid just glugs out like crazy. I bought these for pouring flavored syrup onto shave ice, but had to return them since they are just too fast-pouring.
