Sturdy clip, Sharp blades.
My son and I do balloon animals, and these clips go right on our vests and are very sturdy and have the right kind of cutting to do what we need with our balloons and we're not worried about anyone getting hurt by them. And the clips are great, they really stay on very well and do not move around or come loose.

these cutters are the best
i got my cutter yesterday, and it is working like a charm. now when i make my balloon characters and animals i can snap off a piece i don’t need rather than using a pair of scissors all the time. i would definitely reccommend this cutter to any professional balloon twister(man or woman)
