I'm diagnosed with sever dry eye syndrom, meaning my eyes are uncomfortable 24/7. Since the moment I wake up - untill the moment I go to sleep. needles to say, normal makeup causes a burning sensation to my eyes. But this... this is Black Gold Ok?? A soon as I applied it, It didn't burn AND it even felt creamy and moisturising. Looking at the ingredients list I can tell you this is straight up medicinal paste for the eyes. I'm excited I finally found a product that's truly 100% organic. I'm thankful for Indians and ayurveda, and I hope more western brands will learn from India how to make a product for sensitive eyes the right way!Regarding the functionality of the product: it's pretty smudgy, but that's good for achieving that smokey look. Also you can just set under your eyes with powder to avoid it smudging like a panda.

I love natural makeup. I have tried a lot of it. I've even made my own. This eyeliner is the best natural makeup you'll get. It goes on cleanly, and it looks very sharp. I had no problem with smearing, but I'm also not habitually touching my eyes. So this eyeliner stayed on all day for me.

I got this for my daughter, and she loves it. Goes on smoothly, no eye irritation so far. Lasts through the day. I don’t know if it’s waterproof.

This was about as what I expected. The color is very dark, which I was wanting. It does go on very easily. But along with that, it does smudge pretty easily. I am willing to deal with that for having a better quality safer product at such a vulnerable part of my body. Will purchase again.

This stuff is AWESOME. As long as you don't rub your eyes all the time, this eyeliner looks good all day. I personally don't mind a tiny bit of coon-eye, I get compliments the next day that my makeup looks good when I just didn't take a q-tip to my eyes. I also just use witch hazel, not chemical-laden make up removers so that is part of why I have to wipe a bit to remove this. It smells really good, like the auyervedic clay i have. That's how you know it's not a bunch of poisonous garbage. It smells fresh and herbacious, anyone that thinks it "stinks" must not have ever smelled something that actually stunk. I'll never go back to using inorganic/unnatural liner. The price is right, and it's fulfilling the reason I bought it, which was for my extremely itchy eyes after switching from young living's savvy minerals to some stuff i got at Marshall's due to YL discontinuing savvy minerals. I've been suffering ever since with eyes so itchy I want to dig them out of my head. Since I've switched to kajal, the itch issue decreased immediately and had stopped mostly after just a few weeks of use. Highly recommend.

I bought it for its good properties. And it has not irritated my eyes. But it smudges and I have to be careful to use it lightly as it has a very intense color!

Goes on nicely, and I feel good that there are less chemicals than the other eyeliners. It can smudge some as the day goes on, but I wanted one that I didn’t have to scrub so much to get off at the end of the day as my eyelid skin is pretty fragile

Very smooth application! It's not hard to take off and it smudges well if you're into blending and don't want a harsh look. This will last me about 4 hours before I need to reapply if I don't use anything to set it with. It makes the eyes pop and I'm not allergic to it and can wear it all day, unlike other brands. I think the quality is good and I'd buy it again.
