Lots of good tips. I don't suffer from fibro anymore after taking tips and advice from this book.

I've had Fibro for 18 years and so I've read widely around the subject. There was no new info for me personally.But if you're new to Fibro then its an excellent book, covering diet, supplements etc

Brilliant book very informative

a bit small

As those of us with fibromyalgia know, we will try anything to improve our condition. This to me seemed perfect, however as we are all different I have to say none of the recommendations in this book worked for me. The book bases a lot of information on diet and supplements and yes I purchased all the supplements required and followed the directions as required. This book is aimed for those in the US, as the author has his own website where you can purchase all the supplements you need direct through him, at times while reading the book, it felt as though I was being hooked into a sales pitch for the products on his site and I am still unsure if this book is meant to run in tandem with the products and services he provides.The information in the book is thorough and there is self diagnostic tests to see if you have fibromyalgia or another condition, there are gentle exercises to follow and after the 21 days of the plan, the maintenance is once again based on supplements such as 5htp and such. Maybe I'm being a little too cynical because it did not work for me and I do meet all the criteria for fibromyalgia, but like I said everyone is different.

I bought this book a year ago but as I had a lot of literature to go through so I just had the chance to go over it. Finding it interesting, then a realised I have been robbed from pages 135- 166. Wondering if I could get a complete book sent as the one purchased is incomplete? I am willing to provide proof.
