Calofulston 2-4 Inch Black Lava Rock for Fire Pit, 10lb Large Lava Rock

Size matter.

Perfect for my fire pit

Couldn't have said it better. From Martin of Oct 29, 2025 "The rocks blow up! We ordered it earlier in the year and put it in our rv propane fire pit along with the other lava rock so that we would have more rock but used it for the first time today camping. As soon as it warmed up it started popping and then the rocks started exploding and chips were flying everywhere. We're letting it burn right now to see if it will stop but so far it hasn't. Been burning for 10 minutes. Don't buy these rocks unless you have safety gear." We bought ours May 2025 but didn't open the box until Nov 2025. MANY EXPLOSIONS in a fire ring. Very UNSAFE!!!

They are true to size, they don't jip you with smaller rocks than advertised. They are genuine lava rocks, no filler or super dirty ones. And you can't best the price. These worked great in my project.

Nice sizes for fire pit replacement

I use these rocks in my Hawaiian red shrimp (ʻōpaeʻula/Halocaridina rubra) brackish water tanks. They work great for my purpose. Better value compared to pricey pet store lava rocks. The bag offers a good mix of large and small interesting shaped rocks you can use for aquascaping. The largest one is about 5-in wide. I gave them a good rinse to get the dust off, sanitized them by pouring hot distilled water on them and they're good to go.

Great rocks!!

The amount of rock you get is quite a rip off after finding out you can get a 50# bag for 17$ from a landscape company or, you can pay 5$ and fill a 5 gallon bucket and pick and choose. Not worth the expenditure.

I didn't think the rocks were 10ibs in weight and, regardless, I don't think this quantity of rocks anywhere near justifies the price. Very disappointed in the product and how much it cost.

Die Steine waren keine 5 cm groß !
