Looks to be high quality, shall see if it lasts
I purchased the 1.2โ version. It is quite compact and looks to be well made. The linear motion is smooth and consistent with endstop limit switches at both ends. Power consumption is 65mA under no load. My use-case is very light duty (opening an outdoor gate latch once a day), so wonโt be anywhere approaching its limits. Shall see how it holds up over time.

cute little actuator
Nice compact little actuator. This is probably typical of actuators, but it takes a little time to spin down when you disconnect the power. If you need precise movement you need something more like a step motor. My use is to adjust the throttle on a snow blower. full throttle and idle will be easy, but something in between will be hit or miss.

Such a great disappointment
I bought this to power a mockup of a focus slider that I designed for macro photography. When I had the slider working I brought out this actuator, only to discover that no matter what power source I tried to use, it appeared to be completely dead. Why disappointment turned to horror as I checked the date of purchase and saw that 30 days had just passed and I would be unable to finish my project. I don't want to buy another actuator. The frustration caused me to abandon my focus slider prototype months ago.

Appear good quality
Iโve extended and retracted it 50 times, and it appears to work flawless.

low quality
i dont think it will last very long, already sounding worse after 50 actuations
