A: Yes, YuMOVE triple-action Hip & Joint Health supplements can help ease occasional joint stiffness, support joint structure, and promote mobility.

**Q: How much should my cat take daily?**
A: Generally, if a cat is just starting a YuMOVE supplement, start with the “Daily Initial Loading Amount” for the first 4-6 weeks. If a cat has been on YuMOVE for longer than six weeks, follow the “Daily Maintenance Amount”.

**Q: Why is it necessary to double the daily recommended amount when first starting YuMOVE?**
A: For cats who are just starting YuMOVE, it’s important to start with the “Daily Initial Loading Amount” for the first 4-6 weeks. This can help key ingredients build up in their system and help fast-track benefits for joint health and mobility support.

**Q: What do veterinarians think of YuMOVE Hip & Joint Health supplements?**
A: "As a veterinarian, I see what sets YuMOVE apart is the combination of research-backed ingredients—green lipped mussel, glucosamine, and Omega-3s that work together to support healthy joints. I recommend it for my own patients" Dr. Joya Griffin, DVM

**Q: What is ActivEase Green Lipped Mussel (GLM) and how is it made?**
A: ActivEase uses a revolutionary, rapid one-step drying process, which takes our Green Lipped Mussel from a whole mussel (excluding shell) to a powder in just 30 seconds, protecting the bioactivity and efficacy of the natural minerals in GLM.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It takes time, but it does work!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love these and my cats love these! I only wish there was a powder option vs just capsules
*by R***. on September 10, 2026*

I have 5 cats, 4 of whom are "super seniors" (15+). I love that my cats all show less pain symptoms when they have these regularly and I can tell they like the flavor bc sometimes if I have to give them another medication or supplement mixed with a liquid treat and they turn their nose up at it, all I have to do is add a capsule of these into the same mixture and they will gladly eat it all and lick the plate clean after. To me, they smell somewhat sweet and mildly herbal, I do not smell anything fishy or overpowering which is a plus. My cats have a LOT of food sensitivities and have reacted badly to numerous supplements I have tried in the past. Thankfully, they handle these very well and we have had zero negative side effects - been using them consistently for over 2 years now. One thing I will note is that the capsules crack really easily and it's easy to get little pieces of them in the food (they dissolve fairly easily too though so it's not a huge deal if you can't fish out every tiny piece). I recommend twisting the 2 sides very slowly apart instead of pulling them. The powder also often sticks to the inside of the capsule halves so squeezing each half a few times as you sprinkle over your pet's food is recommended to get the full dose out and not make a mess! My only complaint is that with 5 cats, I go thru these like oxygen and I really wish they had an option to just buy a tub of the powder alone without capsules 🥴 I use 5+ capsules a day and having to open each one to sprinkle the powder over the food is time consuming and feels wasteful to be throwing away so many empty capsules every day and going thru so many plastic bottles. The company could save themselves time and money as well as save us customers time and effort by offering a powder supplement in larger sizes for multi-pet households (eg maybe 1-2 tsp could be equivalent to 5-10 individual capsules or whatever). I did submit feedback to the manufacturer but they seemed not to understand as their response was just a "we don't offer that option" type of generic answer. Either way, it's worth the effort for us at this time so I will continue having these as a staple for my cats!
