Helpful for weight loss

This is a combination of blueberry, cinnamon, gymnema and quercetin that is supposed to help control blood sugar. The product came sealed with an inner and outer seal. The gummies have a melon taste to them. When I first received these I thought they might be bad because the color does not look like the color represented in the first picture of the listing. However it seems this dark off-green color is what they are supposed to look like. It's not very appealing to look at but they taste pretty decent. I would have preferred this without the gymnema because research is limited and because of some possible side effects. Trying these for the first time overall I feel like I prefer just plain cinnamon for helping control blood sugar. However I think many people who prefer a gummy and want something sort of sweet would prefer this to plain cinnamon.
