My Oxford American can't Come Fast Enough!
I enjoy this Literary magazine from cover to cover! When I start reading new stories or essays from my favorite writers I feel like I am getting to know the authors even more . This allows me a more special understanding when I read a larger new published work or a chance to know the writer's style to be able to ask questions for my benefit as a budding writer if I am ever lucky enough to be in their presence! One of my favorite editions each year is the music issue with a CD of some of the best music selected by the staff . The staff has excellent taste and the articles are AWESOME! I really get excited when that issue is released. Some may say why would you pay for only 4 issues a year of a magazine and all I say is , because I am worth it !

The Oxford American Magazine
The Oxford Magazine. If you have not bought this magazine, I urge you to do so. It is not a magazine about high fashion, healthy eating, or the best buys. This is a true magazine of history, literature and basic living. Every Fall they issue a music featured magazine including two CD's. On one of the CD's I heard a song that Johnny Cash sang about "Ain't No Grave Gonna Hold My Body Down". Some one had a wild video on ytube that was fantastic! With this magazine I surfed Amazon and found this great magazine. This magazine features Southern Music. MAN!!! I heard Bessie Smith bellow the blues to Johhny Cash singing "Mont Eagle Mountain"

Great publication
This is one of the best magazines everrrr! Seriously, I love it. Very erudite on Southern music, culture, and arts, but never in a pedantic way.

Why can't this subscription start earlier??
I am not happy that there is such a LONG wait for my subscription to get started. Is this a problem with Amazon.com? I've already paid in full - Why must I wait two months to get my first copy?

Not for the Fire
Poor format is not easily read using Fire. Love the periodical but am glad I did not subscribe to the electronic version.
