Mine arrived without a scoop so dunno how much to take** A: Supplement production is fully automated and the scoops are the last item dropped into the tubs. It's very odd to not get a scoop and we'll look into how that has happened. Scoops sometimes make their way to the bottom of the tub during transport, so we recommend using a clean, dry fork to dig around in the container to see if it's somewhere at the bottom. If it can't be found, the serving can be weighed on your kitchen scale. Just check the serving size recommended on the tub as each flavor varies slightly. If you don't have a scale, you can use spoons, measuring cups, or something else similar to scoop out the powder. OxyShred is approximately 1 heaped teaspoon. As they drop the scoops in during manufacture, we do not have any in the warehouse facility to send out I'm sorry. **Q: Is this gluten free?** A: OxyShred is gluten free. **Q: How many calories per scoop please** A: Calories per scoop is 5. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 February 2025* Found my new nootropic drink! It wakes me up mentally.Taste is nice, subtle guava.Great value because there is 60 doses in the small tube!Yes, digging the tiny scoop was a surgical procedure because the tub is really full and powder very fine but that wouldn’t put me off.I originally wanted to try a different pre-workout to get a new motivation to exercise and achieve my body goals but I think I do miss no tingles if I really want to push my body’s limits. It definitely wakes up my mind though (I don’t like drinking coffee, that could be an option too). I also feel it gives me more energy than coffee and energy is sustained for at least half a day.Regarding workouts I don’t feel it as much as body in action mode but still happy with the product. There is no usual stuff like beta alanin (tingles), creatine (high intensity workout), citrulline malate, branched chained amino acids. It does make me somewhat less food obsessed so I don’t eat 4 croissants after my workout as it suppresses some cravings. Also, hard to pick preworkout if you are like me and try to avoid additional ingredients like maltodextrin, acesulfame K and aspartame. Here is still sucralose and silicon dioxide (to prevent hardening).Overall happy with this one and looking forward to try a different flavour in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best flavour *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 29 May 2024* This has to be the best pre workout I’ve ever tried, saw a lot of gym influencers using it and now i know the hype behind it. Definitely helps me push myself in workouts! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 February 2025* this product is great indeed. The flavour is great taste like sweet Guava juice. This Products provides you with enough energy to get you through the day. I’ve become very productive Throughout the day. My gym workouts have been more intense as I have more energy to continue. I don’t feel as tired as Eassy and it makes me want to do more work. Highly Recommend. ## Frequently Bought Together - EHP Labs OxyShred Pre Workout Powder & Shredding Supplement - Preworkout Powder with L Glutamine & Acetyl L Carnitine, Energy Boost Drink - Guava Paradise, 60 Servings - EHP Labs CREA-8 Creatine Monohydrate Powder - Creatine Powder for Building Lean Muscle Mass, Improves Strength & Power, Supports Brain Health - 100 Servings (500g) - EHPlabs OxyReds Super Beets Powder - Nitric Oxide Supplement, Beet Root Powder, Immune Support Supplement & Prebiotics for Digestive Health, Beet Powder - Raspberry Refresh, 30 Servings --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/555920129-ehp-labs-oxyshred-pre-workout-powder-and-shredding-supplement-preworkout](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/555920129-ehp-labs-oxyshred-pre-workout-powder-and-shredding-supplement-preworkout) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
